3 bedroom 2 bath 2200 sq ft. is a pet friendly home!

It is just one (long) block to the beach (a short 5 min walk or 2 minute bike or golf cart ride) and is centrally located on Anna Maria Island in the city of Holmes Beach on a relaxing super friendly quiet residential street!

While the inside of the home is pristine, gorgeous, and beautifully decorated, the real feature of this home is the outdoor oasis!  It is privately and lushly landscaped surrounded by beautiful palms, birds of paradise, a large coconut palm and tropical plants.  The yard also features a privacy fence and offers a covered hut, a fire-pit (for smores!), granite grill area with gas tank grill, a heated saltwater pool and TWO outdoor shower.s  The pool gets tons of sunshine exposure during the day!

The inside of the home has a 2nd Story spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen which is perfect for open family interactions! The dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen island seats 2.   There is also a breakfast nook area that seats 8.  The kitchen is tastefully decorated with gorgeous counter-tops, wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances including a large oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The cupboards are fully stocked to every chef's desire; perfect for making a meal at home and the refrigerator also has an ice maker in the freezer side. The living room has a large screen cable TV, comfortable seating and the home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, and a connected phone line.  

There is also a 2nd Fridge/Freezer downstairs for additional food or drink storage needs

On the ground level floor there is a 1 car garage with additional space for 2 cars in driveway.  The bonus room is equipped with air hockey and a foosball table.  There is also a desk and printer.

The downstairs has French doors that open up to the private patio and separate fenced pool area.

The home comes with 100% cotton linens and towels for you during your stay and the house includes a bunch of beach gear and chairs!

This home is in a perfect location being centrally located on the middle of Anna Maria island and short walk to the beach!

We've done our best to make sure the home has everything, and we do mean EVERYTHING! 

You will find first class all cotton linens, down pillows, newer cooking equipment, games, hairdryers, etc. 

We also provide paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), trash bags, dish-washing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. 

Your kitchen has an existing selection of spices and condiments. There are numerous games (Monopoly, Scattergories, playing cards, etc.). 

It's also helpful to know that the public library is less than a mile south of us with books, videos, periodicals and public computers. 

Finally, the garage has extensive items for the beach including Chairs, Umbrellas, Carts, beach toys, buckets, shovels, mats and coolers.
